By accessing or using Mermaid Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined herein, you are prohibited from using the application.
Local Storage and Client-Side Use
Mermaid Studio is a 100% client-side application. All projects, diagrams, and session settings are stored entirely on your computer inside your web browser's local storage (`localStorage`). We do not host, back up, transmit, or otherwise manage your diagram files on our servers. You are solely responsible for exporting and backing up your work.
Intellectual Property Rights
You own all intellectual property rights in the diagrams, texts, and source scripts you create using Mermaid Studio. Mermaid Studio makes no claim of ownership over any user content created using the service.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Mermaid Studio shall not be liable for any data loss caused by browser storage clearing, cache resets, disk failure, browser updates, or accidental workspace deletions.
